The Wolf Pack is geared toward teaching youth ages 8-14 the proper technique and fitness benefits of boxing training. From cardio to technical skill, The Wolf Pack gives its members boxing and fitness knowledge in their formative years to lay the groundworks of a healthy fit adult life. Discipline, respect, camaraderie, and teamwork are also ingrained into the mentality of the pack, teaching the group to act as strong individuals in other aspects of their lives. GROUP FITNESS AND SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES TO SWEAT, LEARN AND SEE RESULTS FOR ALL LEVELS
Lobos Boxing Club's core class is filled with real work that gets you real results. No lights, no gimmicks, no microphones. During this 60 minute class, you will learn fundamental techniques of boxing with an aggressive attention to detail during high volume repetition. At the end of every session, invest in yourself by engaging in an intense conditioning circuit. Everything will be taught within boxing rounds on the timer in order to push yourself to finish more reps each session. Come to the LBC and reach your next level in The Grind. GROUP FITNESS: "THE GRIND"
Sparring Class acts as an essential platform to learn, assess, and see your progression through boxing knowledge and training. Through this weekly Sparring Class, students are partnered up to drill and work real fighting techniques, followed by supervised sparring with an LBC Coach alongside experienced students. Must be approved by LBC coach prior to attendance.

WORK WITH ONE OF OUR ESTABLISHED COACHES TO HIT YOUR PERSONAL GOALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE RING
Identify and exceed peak performance. From boxing to fitness goals, no goal is too big or too small to achieve. Private Training will be geared specifically toward each individual's intentions. After an initial meeting, one of the established LBC coaches will develop a cohesive strategy to help you develop your best self. Private training may be geared toward: flexibility, strength, muscle definition, speed and/or footwork.
